Aster 51x38
The Aster 51x38 is the new addition to the family of market-leading book seweing machines. It expands the size capablilities to 51 x 38cm (spine x drop). It also retains a respectable production speed, up to 150 signatures/min., and small size capability, down to 15 x 10 cm.
Other features include two cam boxes in the sewing machine, color touch-screen graphical interface, Siemes S7 computer control, SignaLynx signature sequence check, normal and staggered stitch.
A rotary lap opener and the Plus delivery stacker are available options.

IGlue
The Iglue book-back gluer is designed to be connected to a sewing system like the Multiplex or Bombix. It represents an additional step in the sewn book production process.
It features a hot-melt glue tank with pre-melter, back-lining station, single or double pressing station, computer control-led size change and optional end-sheet and soft cover feeders

Aster 180C
The Aster 180C is the new version of our compact model. It offers most of the features found on larger models of the Aster line, including the same sewing mechanism and a single cam box controlling the sewer saddle movement. A Siemens computer control reduces make ready time.

SignaLynx
The SignaLynx is a signature recognition system developped by Meccanotecnica. It is based on the new "artificial vision" technology and offers at higher degree of accuracy even with text-only signatures.
It features high-speed color cameras, one-book make ready, extensive error recognition and operator notification, automatic signature count recognition, automatic setting of sensitivity and tolerance, minimal operator intervention required. The bar code reader is available as an option.

PcLynx
PcLynx is a hardware/software application that allows real-time supervision of the complete book production cycle. The system is customizable and comes in two basic versions: PcLynx Viewer and PcLynx Full.
PcLynx Viewer includes necesary software to gather basic production data into a customizable Excel speadsheet.
PcLynx Full includes a laptop computer with wireless connection to the production units. It features real time production supervision, a dynamic link (real time) to Excel data sheets, graphic and tabular data display, direct acces to user guides for easy troubleshooting.
