During start-up the Aster 220 SA automatically measures book size and sets the timing of the transport saddle, the position of the register guide in the sewer and the speed of the motorized side knives on the delivery table.

Other features include two cam boxes in the sewing machine, color touch-screen graphical interface, Siemes S7 computer control, SignaLynx signature sequence check, normal and staggered stitch.

The redesign includes the maximum size enlargment, update of the drive motors and a new user interface. |
